The journal has formulated guidelines and regulations for the submission of articles in accordance with international standards.

- The submitted paper should be accompanied by an abstract and key words, and followed by the author’s bio-data.

- The editorial board meets on regular basis to provide expert advice on content, attracting new authors, encouraging submissions, and assigning reviewers.

- The journal has a double-blind peer reviewing system. The peer reviewing process has a time limit of three months.

- Editors are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the fairness and punctuality of the peer reviewing process. They also develop mechanisms, in cooperation with the publisher, to ensure timely publication of accepted papers.

Peer Reviewing Process is conducted within a timeframe of 3 months, as follows:

1-The author submits their research paper.

2-The submitted research is evaluated by editors.

3-The research is sent to two reviewers (4 weeks).

4-The research is judged for form, content, quality, and originality.

5-Reviews are evaluated by editors.

6-If the two reviewers disagree, the reviewed paper is referred to a third reviewer.

7-Research papers are either accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected.

8-Authors submit revised research papers.

9-Accepted papers are sent to publication.
